Seniors

Why are there so many senior dogs that are being dumped by their owners.... it is so sad. Yet another one we will be picking up - an 11 year old ShihTzu. Couldn't the owner jsut hold on a few more years... Makes me very sad. We'll take care of herlike we always do but why are people so careless...

A quiet house

All of my puppies have been adopted and the house is just too quiet!!! Having pups at your home for 10 weeks is so fullfilling and you get into a habit of taking care of them. I find myself checking for them but they are now in safe, happy homes. Farewell my little angels - I will miss you!!

Puppies finding homes

Almost all of our adorable puppies have found their forever homes. A few left to take care of, but we'll find their perfect matches soon! Now that "puppy" season is over, we can hopefully save lots of adults dogs that have been neglected, displaced, etc. We will always have space for our sweet adult dogs and especially our seniors. So it's off to save more - check back soon :)

Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas all my rescue friends. Santa brought me so many wonderful things this year. Not just this morning - but all year!!! He brought me a new little Chihauhua named Brooklyn that sleeps under my chin every night. He brought us beautiful little puppies to care for. He brought us so many needy souls that we were able to save. Santa brought us over 350 presents this year. And all found special homes. Forever homes. Thank you Santa for such a great Christmas!!
